Frank Gorshin just died.
He lived in my old home town, Westport CT, and did a play at the Westport Country Playhouse the summer I worked there. His son was a friend of one of my friends, although I didn't know him personally.
It's strange how totally meaningless non-connections like those make a death seem more meaningful.
