Coda
Tonight I sang my little 3-year-old boy to sleep for the very last time. When he wakes up tomorrow, he'll be four. Actually, he'll turn four in less than an hour.
Here's the playlist:
All but the last were from Pete Seeger's Golden Slumbers album, which my parents played for me when I was a baby. "Banks of the Ohio" is traditional, but I first heard it (again, as a baby) from Joan Baez vol. 2.
Here's the playlist:
- Bye'n Bye
- Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (the long version) - by request
- Dance To Your Daddy
- Bye-O, Baby Bunting
- Banks of the Ohio
