An Amusing Error
After only a few days, POPfile is classifying my email with 96.61% accuracy. Since Monday November 3rd, I have received 693 pieces of spam with 5 false positives (i.e. good mail marked as spam) and 23 false negatives. I've also received 133 good emails with 23 false positives and 7 false negatives. Performace continues to improve.
I should mention that those 133 "good" emails are mostly mailing lists and such. I haven't been getting much personal email.
The most amusing error was when POPfile classified an email from the Democratic Party as spam.
