Didn't watch it at all, 'cept for a little bit of rerun on PBS. No real point in watching it. Did see something on Nightline about "switchgrass" and the whole biofuels thing. Seems to be problems with that whole thing to me. Many years ago some guy speaking at my college in South Dakota (a "Tom Dascle"; he had power once) suggested that since the leftovers of making ethanol can be used for animal feed the cost evens out, but I'm not rightly convinced that either trading food for fuel or increasing the amount of land under cultivation are necessarily good ideas.
I watched it at the bar, Scollay Square... Had a drink called a Cosmopolitician, which features little plastic donkeys or elephants around the rim of your drink.
I got the donkeys.
The sound was turned off, and every time Georgie's audience started clapping, we assumed it was because he pronounced a word right :-)
