Again. Again. Again.

Last night I had a hellish sinus headache.

This afternoon I suddenly became massively fatigued, so badly that I lay down on the couch and fell asleep - which is not normal for me. When I woke up, everything ached. I could feel my blood pounding in my veins.

Later, I suddenly got an irresistible tickle in the back of my throat. It was so strong that it was painful.

My nose started running (more than it already was). My sinus headache returned with a vengeance.

What do you think all this means?

I think so too.

All in all, I'd say it has been about a week since my bronchitis went away. Or rather, since it became much less; I was still coughing and a bit hoarse at times.

I'm getting pissed off, but what good does that do?

I've had some minor sinus headaches lately myself; been a little uncomfortable pretty much for the whole of the cold spell. What I've found half helps is "Halls Metholyptus" drops; they seem to help stuff drain or something, and besides I liked their ads with the sick guy suddenly in a sauna full of Greeks with one saying "Breath, my pasty friend, breath!" :)

Hot Chinese food drains the sinuses pretty good also; strangely, that doesn't seem to be the case for hot Mexican, just the Chinese.
