Irony Games Gone?

I'm home today, and rather bored. So I'm taking the opportunity to clean up some of my old bookmarks. In the process, I discovered something odd: Irony Games seems to have partly disappeared. Their main page is now some sort of snarky political website instead.

But their online die roller (a wonderful tool) is still there. Does anyone know what's going on?

Incidentally, is it just me, or has LJ been totally dead for a while now? I'm almost tempted to do a "Peter is dead" post just to get a response!

Of course I'd never really do that. I'd expect (and deserve) to lose too many readers if I pulled shit like that.

Well, I know I'm still posting regularly, though a lot of folks are quieter than normal lately.

It might help to respond to some of your comments once in a while!

Well, noting that the site claims to have been online since 1993 (although that might be the site runner) I'm guessing that the guy up and decided to do something totally different really abruptly. It is odd that a lot of the online utilities are still up, but that does imply strongly that it's the same person or persons running the site.

I dunno, I'm still here. Still posting.

I haven't really noticed much of a dropoff.

Maybe the nice weather? I know a lot of the college kids are at the beginning of their spring quarters/the middle of their spring semesters, so maybe that influences it, I dunno.
