Health update
Sebastian has recovered. Teri is recovering, slowly. I haven't caught anything from them - not yet, anyway.
While I'm at it:
Sebastian has grown a full inch since October 5th.
I've gained some weight (damn it!) but my blood pressure is actually lower than before: 130/82. I really do seem to have the most odd genetics, because by all accounts my blood pressure and cholesterol should be dangerously high. But instead they're just about perfect.
That said, I really need to lose weight. A few weeks ago Sebastian looked at me, and whispered confidentially "You really need to go on a diet, Daddy."

Isn't it lovely how blatantly honest children are? Nathan sat on my lap on Friday, poked me and said 'Your tummy is fat Jenny." :-P
