Apparently this is the Next Big Thing - it's going out all over the net.
The thing to do is file it with some group the FBI has set up:
http://www.ic3.gov/
I wonder how many people are stupid enough to fall for stuff like this? I bet if I knew the actual number, it would depress me enormously. :(
