YMCA
We joined the Woonsocket YMCA recently. Teri and I have done cardio machines, elliptical and treadmills there. So far, so good.
Tonight we took Sebastian to the Y. They have a workout room for children, with cute kid-sized equipment and a trainer to help the kids. He loved it, although he wasn't able to jump rope or hula-hoop. Teri and I were able to pick out a couple of treadmills that let us watch him part of the time through a window.
