i have had crap like that go down with a local DDs as well, and i think they are afraid of me at this point. Why? because after 5 visits of TOO LIGHT coffee and a BURNED bagel i started checking before i left. and made them re do the order. Am i bitch? maybe so, but if i am going to spend my 4 bucks there, you had better make my food properly. after 4 or five visits where my order was incorrect and re done, i started seeing a change. But i know this doesn't make thigns better for you today.
