Bird meat has always freaked me out, for some reason. I'm working on changing that. The half-and-half burgers were very well received, incidentally; Sebastian just had a left-over one for dinner, and he said he couldn't tell the difference between it and my regular ones!

I used a ground turkey which I believe includes dark meat. They also had one that was made with white meat only (we were shopping at Trader Joe's). I don't know if dark meat is more or less healthy, come to think of it...
