We do a lot of chicken, and only turkey now and then. We don't do Tofu stuff as Kiralee's doctor wants her to avoid such since that surgery she had last year as soy is bad for her and is used in too many things as filler already. Same with meats and dairy with hormones.
(We're on organic no-hormone meats and dairy products and have been for some time. Its more expensive but necessary with her medical needs).
