I was born exactly forty years and one hour ago.
Fortunately, turning 40 has turned out to be nowhere near as traumatic as I feared. In fact, it's not bad at all. Although I suspect that at least PART of the reason I'm not bothered is, well, Sebastian. It would be hard to explain to a non-parent.
Basically, it's just another day - a day off, in theory, but here I am at work waiting for a phone call. Long story, and I'll spare you the details. :D
Last night I tuned into David Letterman's show for the first time. I hadn't seen Dave in about fifteen years, I guess. When the hell did he get so old? On the other hand, Paul doesn't seem too different. Go figure.
I know I had something to say, but it - oh yeah. My site. The main domain, maranci.net, has finally crossed over to the new host - which means I have probably lost the remaining last few days of mail that I had. However, runequest.org is hitting the old server for some reason. This may be because the transfer of that domain was slightly trickier, and happened a couple of days later. So I'll have to maintain my Your-Site account for a few days more.
