Sinus van Pelt
Couldn't resist that subject. 
My sinuses have been driving me crazy. Not that they've suddenly gotten much worse; it's just that they never get any BETTER. My ears are ALWAYS stuffed up, making it diifficult for me to hear well. I have constant thick post-nasal drip, which has gotten to the point where it's nauseating me. Finally I got desperate and tried saline lavage again.
Now, that's pretty damned desperate. Pouring saline into my sinuses used to cause me the worst pain I'd ever experienced. But it was also pretty effective at killing off infection and clearing my sinuses up.
Get this: the saline doesn't hurt. I've done it almost every night. But it's not helping, either! Not one bit!
