Physical Therapy
...hurts. The arm is definitely more painful than my back was - that is, the PT on my arm hurts more.
It was about ten minutes of heat, ten minutes of stretching, and ten minutes of incredible cold - my skin was bright red by the time she took the cold-pack off. She also did an evaluation. All in all it's not bad, but she's not sure that I'll be able to extend it quite as far as I used to. I'm going to try hard to get it all back, though. I have a bunch of exercises to do at home, too. Maybe I'll try to con Teri into massaging my arm for a few minutes every day. :D
Nah, I'm kidding; I'm just not comfortable with lying. I might <i>ask</i> her, though. She'll probably say no. :(
I'll be seeing the physical therapist twice a week for the next three weeks, and then I'll see the orthopedist again.
