I'm on hold (basically) with AT&T's live support chat. The first tech I spoke to was, I kid you not, "Barbara Eden" - in quotes.
I feel like I'm on some sort of porn line! It reminds me of when I temped for a porn company for six months, and everybody had a fake name for dealing with the public.
