Gay Caballeros?
I was reading the Metro (a free newspaper) this morning, when I came across their review of the new gay cowboy movie, "Brokeback Mountain". The review was titled "Home On The Range".
And instantly I wondered "Why not 'Homo On The Range?'"
Actually, "Gay Caballeros" would have been funny, too.

"Memoirs" was noted as being a Western take on an Asian institution that failed, really, to get it.
"Brokeback Mountain" had a Tiawanese director (Ang Lee) but, at least in the reviewers view, the movie worked.
Which of course doesn't mean that Asians understand Americans more than Americans understand Asians; "Mountain" had an story and a script written by Americans and dealt with something (guys who hide homosexual indulgences)quite American while "Geisha" also had an American written story and script but was about something very much not American.
Not that I'd be all that inclined to see either film, but interesting.
