I couldn't help writing this on the Yahoo discussion board about an article on the Alito nomination.

Subject: But he saved Christmas!

My minister told me that Judge Alito saved Christmas. How could we possibly expect better than that?

Mr. Turley seems to think that it's "okay" to question our betters. Shame on you, Mr. Turley! The President worked hard to come up with the best man for the job. You should be put in jail, because you're just helping the terrorists!

Writing for newspapers is a privelege, not a right. Why don't you write about something uplifting or informative? Like the Democrat scandals in Congress? That's something we all need to know about.

What do you think - too much?
