My Struggle
My brain is in a very weird place.
Yesterday I started the small-healthy-meals-every-three-hours thing (okay, diet). That means I'm eating about half a cup of high-protein, low-fat, high-fiber Kashi cereal with skim milk at 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:30 PM. Once in a while I spice things up by having an apple instead, or natural applesauce, or carrots.
And I'm trying to get back into working out.
It's so hard. So I thought I might as well make a post about it. And when I tried to come up with a title, all I could come up with was "My Struggle".
And then I really had to struggle, to stop myself from making the title "Mein Kampf". I don't know why, but the thought of Hitler writing a diet book really amuses me.
But I managed to resist temptation. And if I can keep up with this diet and workout program, that will truly be a triumph of the will.
