Storm!

A fairly big snowstorm is hitting the region, so they're letting us go home early. Should be an interesting commute.

I was just about to post that, when I suddenly thought "Man, that would be an ironic final post."

And that last line would make it even more ironic.

Uh-oh, I think I'm entering an infinite recursion of irony. Help! :D

"Fairly big"?? Curse my never paying attention to the weather forecast! :( It was like all of a sudden I looked outside, and KER-SNOW!!! I hope you make it home in reasonable time to read this -- I had a hard time just getting my car off the street for the parking ban!

Last night they said the storm was going to miss us, mostly hitting the cape and points south. weather.com is now claiming we might get an inch overnight. Has there been a change on the pattern, or are they just being nice to you RI folk?

Uh, there's a lot of accumulation in south-west RI right now, on the coast, and it doesn't show any signs of slowing down.

And no I haven't bothered to go to a weather web site or anything like that, although I am hoping for NO SCHOOL, yay! :o)

You folks got all the snow... we didn't even have any flurries here in Cambridge.

And Google's weather tab says its 34F out and all we should expect is a snow shower tonight, with no accumilation.
