New icon, voice post
Okay, here's the first new icon. It represents no particular emotion or state of mind, right now.
Probably.
Can you identify the character, by the way? It's not a huge challenge, I suppose, but it is a little obscure. Some day I'll explain why I feel a sense of sympathy for that character.
Anyway.
I've been struggling for the last couple of days. Why?
Because I really liked doing the voice post.
Scary, huh? I thought I'd hate the sound of my own voice - I usually do. But, embarrassing as it is to admit this (and I know it sounds bad), I like that voice post. So I've had to fight myself non-stop since then to avoid recording poems, children's stories, or even (god help us) songs.
Speaking of children, we were having lunch with Teri's mother yesterday. She ordered unsweetened ice tea. Sebastian asked for a sip, got it, paused for a minute, and then announced cheerfully "Brown water!".

It's probably because of all the lovely sycophantic comments you got, adoring your voice. It's enough to make anyones head swell.

Incidentally, I have the full Kirby run of Omac.

(Anonymous) 2006-03-16 04:11 am (UTC)(link)Yeah, the Omac Project really has no resemblance to the original OMAC, but does tie into the new "bring back the multiverse/clean up the continuity" series Infinite Crisis.
