Say hi to greenday_gd (aka "Freak!"), the newest and probably the youngest person on my flist. She's new to LJ, but she's already done some excellent posts. Her recent post about the new Chase Bank phishing emails would have saved me four or five minutes of worry, if I'd read it before getting the spams.

For some reason they've been getting through Gmail.

Anyway, I met her on Advicenators, where she does one of the most intelligent columns on the site. Check her out!

GMail has been having trouble with keeping up on my spam as well. I had nearly 30 spams get thru their defenses over the weekend, but then again my email is quite heavy. My spam box stays at between 4000 and 4500 messages in it each month, and my guess is they miss maybe 2-5% of the spam that I get.
