Allstate sucks

Allstate won't cover ANY of the cost. Given their track record in New Orleans, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

They quoted the policy, and it sounds as if they covered themselved well.

I don't know what we're going to do now.

I hate insurance companies. Perfect example of what happens when you let the government overregulate an industry, it gets all these loopholes that screw the consumers, and with no free-market competition due to the regulations it never gets any better.

I will gladly join you in a boycott of Allstate!

Insurance companies make their money by paying out as little as they practically can. Are there options as to the insurance? Just because they say they don't have to pay does not necessarily mean that they really aren't obligated to pay. I'm wondering if there is some entity that can review the insurance and see if they, in fact, might actually be liable.
