This morning

260.2.

I'd been hideously tempted by the smell of coffee this morning, and was teetering on the edge (coffee and a muffin, mmmm), but 260.2? That's a new low, even though I was a bit bad last night and ate 4 lamejhuns for dinner AND one of Sebastian's little cinnamon-stick cookies.

So I didn't get the coffee and muffin after all. With any luck, tomorrow I'll go under 260 for the first time - and you have no idea how exciting that feels!

Hah! I'm using the "Hot day" userpic for this post. It's already way out of date - that was 32.2 pounds ago! :D

Coffee itself is unlikely to have done much to change your weight, since it speeds the metabolism and thus burn up the calories it contains. It's the muffins that would have the calorie risk.

Me, I need the coffee more often then not with our current sleep schedule... and it helps my stomach be more 'regular' (one of my fun IBS problems).
