Sick

I'm home sick today. One of the advantages of experience is that you get to recognize things. In this case, I have no doubt that I have a sinus infection - probably viral rather than bacterial. Everything hurts. So I'm going back to bed.

There seems to have been something going around. Oddly, I've not had it, or what symptoms I may have had were pretty darned trivial; been wildly healthy actually. Kinda odd, 'cause the only real change I've made is trying to avoid any food item (including, or perhaps especially, junk food) with trans fats after the recent stuff indicated that they're about the most horrid ingredient around health-wise that's commonly used (one is apparently better off eating lard, really).
