Falling Down

I'm momentarily tempted to make up a story about a "Falling Down" kind of day - which is, incidentally, the only Michael Douglas movie that I really like - but it's not worth it.

Actually, I fell down at physical therapy today. Tried a new exercise which involved bending way forward while leaning forward with my legs in a support and my arms folded; I think it's called back extensions. After four or five reps I got really dizzy and fell over backwards. Wasn't hurt, but it was a little embarrassing.

My sinuses are getting really bad - they're all blocked up. I have a dental appointment tomorrow. I wonder if I should cancel?

I have that movie on DVD. I love it! It's also the only film that I like that has Michael Douglas in it.

I hope you're okay, I've done soo much physiotherapy (that's what they call it here in the UK :-D) and I know how it feels to be manhandled and feel a bit stiff and sore afterwards!

HA! I also loved "Falling Down."

Every so often I worry about what that says about me. D:
