Cooperation/Confrontation

Another post on the Washington Post site. Eugene Robinson (who's quite good, I think) wrote that Cheney's mad-dog act contradicts Bush's claim to prefer cooperation rather than confrontation with Congressional Democrats. I had to reply:

Bush DOES prefer cooperation over confrontation from the Democrats. He wants them to lie back, spread their legs, and cooperate.

With the inevitable.

That they'll hate every second of it just enhances Bush/Cheney's pleasure.

Seriously, why pretend to take Bush's BS at face value? He's proven over and over that whenever he talks "compassionate", he actually means the exact opposite.

I'm kind of wondering if they'll take it down for the rape allegory. We'll see.

Well, that does give a new meaning to "serving at the pleasure of the President!"
