You do realize why you have a problem, yes? Rhode Island is the other state in the US that prostitution is legal, and the only one where it is not properly regulated or controlled. That is, it is legal so long as it is practiced indoors.
There are major politicians in that state that make their fortunes by renting out properties to brothels etc. Add in limited drug enforcement and rampant corruption and it becomes easy to see why living in RI is not so nice.
Well, huh. I didn't know that. I looked at the Wikipedia prostituion article and it said that in RI "the act of sex for money is not illegal, but street solicitation and operating a brothel are." Which does seem to be something of a problem. I'm a sort who thinks that, in general, banning "vices" is futile and that the better alternative is to regulate the heck out of the vice so as to reduce the negatives associated with them. Prostitution surely needs regulation to make sure that the prostitutes are of age and competent (that is, not children or mentally impaired adults or doing it under coercion), that to the extent practical disease spread is reduced, and so on. I gather that Rhode Island is doing pretty much every thing wrong that Nevada is doing right.
(Note that I actually don't approve of prostitution, but as with many things I don't approve of I'd rather have it legal and regulated than illegal and totally open to abuses and horrors.)
That is exactly the problem. (Running a brothel is not illegal in RI... that part of the wikipedia article is wrong, there was a newstory on NPR the other day about the number of brothels in Providence and who's making the money for them).
The lack of regulation is the real problem, as that inevitably links in the drug trade and organized crime. This is what Las Vegas gets right and they don't. Regulated, Unionized and health controlled system is the real solution to that side of the problem, but with politicians who are profiting from the trade thru real estate ownership it makes it real hard to change things.

You use your feet to hit the ball, unlike your "football game" where you normally run around touching each other.
