I was home sick with the flu for almost all of last week, but I seem to have finally turned the corner. Still have a bad cough, but the other symptoms have mostly gone. Unfortunately, Teri seems to have caught this thing again - or maybe it's a variant, but it seems very unfair that she should have gotten the flu twice! And the baby has been caughing, too.

Poor boy, he really objects to taking medicine these days. When Teri told him yesterday that he needed to take some medicine his face fell and he started to cry. "No medicine. No medicine!"

But when the time came he was actually pretty good about it, and actually managed to smile and make a joke.

Oh, for the record: he's now just over one yard tall.
