Not dead yet!

I'm back from the test, and I'm not dead. My doctor will call me with the results later, but from everything I saw, there was nothing to be alarmed about. I asked the technician a lot of questions, and everything he told me about was normal.

The test itself wasn't as stressful as the last one (four years ago), and I regained my wind very quickly. I went past the benchmark point, which was good. And the cardiologist cleared me to leave without even bothering to see me. So it would seem that once again I am okay.

Nonetheless, I definitely need to lose weight. I'll be giving that more thought (and action) in the days to come. One rule that I think I can make for myself right now is not to eat anything after 8PM at night - because that's when I usually eat the most (and worst) foods.

PS - They shaved patches all over my chest. I am very uncomfortable - every move I make pulls at the shaved areas, because the little hairs that remain are getting caught in my shirt.

Good to hear you're alive :-)

Late night eating can indeed be very bad for your weight.... of course, some of us are forced to deal with it by the schedules of others (like me... since most night's no one is home until 7, and on game night after we clean the store I start cooking Dinner at 8).
