Hot Glue

We bought a hot glue gun yesterday for $2.99. It's great! I used it to help Sebastian and Teri make a centerpiece for the upcoming Blue and Gold cub scout banquet. I've got to think of more cool craft projects, so I can use more hot glue!

Suggestions, anyone?

Hot Glue guns are awesome, I think I have three of them, in varying sizes. Use it to make costumes. You can glue together fabric and leather and vinyl and foam rubber instead of sewing it. It doesn't work all that well on wood, and forget it when it comes to styrofoam, it just melts it into a hard little puddle.

You can get colored glue sticks. I know someone who used hot glue to make a monster mask, using colored glue sticks and cardboard she made the whole mask by just building the contours out of glue on cardboard.

Be careful though, it will leave blisters if you get it on your skin, even the low temp stuff.
