WoW now?

I've installed the WoW trial and am updating it (a long process). Any tips on what class or anything else I should play?

By the way, I plan to download and try Guild Wars after the two-week WoW trial. Might as well give them both a try!

Is it possible to have more than one character, so I can try both the Horde and Alliance?

Yup. I think it's 10 characters (H and A combined) per server.

But only one kind on each server. (Horde on one, Alliance on the other). Horde= Evil Guys Alliance = Good/Neutral Guys.
