WoW diet

Since I started playing World of Warcraft, I've lost nearly 15 pounds. I've been eating a lot less a night, and almost never having dessert. And you know what? I don't miss it!

`grats! I always have a large glass of Crystal Light or strawberries or something else nearby.

Good suggestion! I hadn't thought of that before. Kept a glass of water nearby tonight.

Oh, and there are these wonderful ice cream sandwiches called Skinny Cow that have no carbs or sugar. And Crystal Light also makes candies. And where, or if, you can find them??? 7/11 sells Crystal Light slurpees.

Keeping a bowl of nuts, strawberries, apples, bananas, dates, dried pineapples or other fruit nearby is also a HUGE help.

Maybe I've lost track of time, but you haven't been playing WoW that long, or have you?

15lbs in a couple of weeks seems rather drastic. Rapid weight loss isn't healthy though.

It's been six weeks, actually. Comes to about ten pounds a month, but since I'm specifically not dieting - just trying to alter some of my worst habits - I'm not particularly expecting to lose at the same rate in the long term.

Much less sugar, and smaller portions pretty much cover it. Having WoW to play or think about when I'm bored (instead of snacking) helps a lot!
