My sinuses have been hurting like a bastard. The pain was intermittant for weeks, but it has been getting worse - and yesterday it was continuous. Particularly on the right side, making me feel as if I needed a root canal.

I've been doing the sinus rinse almost every night. That's a...well, here's a link to a YouTube commercial that shows how to do it, at around 1:30 in. Warning, it's a little gross-looking.

It's helping, and it doesn't hurt, but I wish it were helping more.

Maybe if I got more sleep...

More sleep does not help. I have been sleeping something like 14 hours a day since I returned from Albacon. All it does is make me sleepier.
