CNN, making it clear

CNN's daily polls are pretty much a joke. But today's is even more ridiculous than usual:

Do you think overtime rules need to be overhauled? Yes/No

What the hell does that mean? Does it mean they should have been "overhauled" as they recently were by the GOP congress, i.e. approving of the Bush changes? Or does it mean that the new, revised rules should be "overhauled", presumably back to their original form?

The question is so damned vague that a vote for either choice can be interpreted as supporting the opposite view. Hell, I can't even judge what the default interpretation would be!

Insane.
