I'm feeling a lot better. The steroids and other medications have turned the tide; my arms are back to normal, almost, and the rest of me is considerably less red than it was. I'm hardly itchy at all, and rather than spreading, the reaction is now shrinking.
But here's the amazing thing: My primary care doctor called me at work yesterday, to see how I was doing. I was away from my desk when she called, so she left a voicemail with a callback number. And when I called that number, the operator transferred me to my doctor immediately and we had a lengthy conversation.
And what's more, my dermatologist called yesterday to check on me, too.
This is the best care I've ever received - it's awesome!
