Fuitadnet sucks...

I'm so tired, but I'm stuck on Fuitadnet's LiveSupport:

Peter Maranci: I opened a ticket; it was closed. The site goes up and down intermittently, but is mostly down.
Peter Maranci: Apparently the ticket was closed during one of the short periods that the site was up.
Kunal: it seems to be up now
Kunal: I could browse
Kunal: can you please check again
Peter Maranci: It is up now. It was down five minutes ago.
Peter Maranci: This has been going on all day.
Peter Maranci: I have alerts from siteuptime.com, and I have been double-checking myself - from two different locations.
Kunal: ok I am checking the server
Peter Maranci: Apparently I am not the only one experiencing this problem.
Peter Maranci: Several other people have mentioned it on the Fuitadnet General Support forum.
Peter Maranci: It's down again.
Peter Maranci: Right now.
Peter Maranci: Hello?

Peter Maranci: It's awfully late here, past midnight local time; I would like to get some sleep. Can I get an email update on this issue, so I can get some sleep now?

I've never had anything productive happen as a result of chat support. To be fair, with the people I've managed to pick, I haven't had anything productive happen by phoning them or email either! *sigh*
