Trapped

My domains are trapped at Fuitadnet.

The new registrar sent email to the administrative address for the domains, which is at maranci.net. Unfortunately, the emails didn't come through. I don't know why. I checked the spam box as well as the inbox. Nothing.

I'd log in and change the administrative addresses to my Gmail account, but I don't remember how to do that. I'm pretty sure that I did it through a Fuitadnet tool, though, so the point is moot. Why? Because Fuitadnet is totally down, and has been down for two days now.

They're just not there. My site itself is up, but Fuitadnet is gone.

All I can do, I guess, is wait for Fuitadnet to reappear. Then I'll get the info I need on how to edit my administrative addresses, have the new registrar re-email me, and hopefully everything will be fine.

My site may disappear for a while, but maybe not. We'll see.

Fuitadnet is down because of a dns issue so no email will go through. I've tried finding a phone number but have had no luck. All of my sites with them are offline and have been for over a day now. Frustrating!

A phone number wouldn't help you, believe me. I got a phone number from their registrar - that is, the domain company that they're a reseller for - and when I dialed it, all I got was a pre-recorded "This mailbox does not exist", followed by a hangup.

The odd thing is that my site, which is still with Fuitadnet, is still up. I've done a forced refresh and everything, and the site is definitely there. It's really weird!

I've been running some searches this afternoon, reading blogs and whatever I can find about fuitadnet.com. I found a whois report and it shows that they are set to clientHold http://www.whois.net/whois_new.cgi?d=fuitadnet&tld=com

I've sent emails to empirehost.com but haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully there will be a resolution to this problem very soon. I want my site back... I'm just so angry and I want to blog about it!

Fuitadnet came back up at 3:53 PM Eastern Time. I just opened a ticket.

FYI, a number of my posts about Fuitadnet over the years have been friends-only.

I just checked and they are up and running. Could there be some problem at your end? (It's also possible they were down and have come back up since).
