The DNC has been continually nagging me, with emails "from" John Kerry and John Edwards, as well as Bill Clinton, Terry MacAuliffe, and James Carville. The latest is from Mary Beth Cahill, whoever the hell that is. ALL of them want only one thing from me: money.

Here's a message, boys: If you'd had the balls to stand up to the GOP thugocracy in the past decade, I might actually HAVE some money to donate. As it stands, if I DID have a extra few bucks to donate (and I don't) it wouldn't go to you...

I know I've said it before, but every time I get these goddamned emails I find myself growling. Why don't they ask for volunteers? Or ideas? They're obviously intellectually bankrupt, because the only song they know how to sing is "Money".

I'd heard rumors, but I can't believe that even Bush would be so open about "considering" replacing the federal income tax with a national sales tax.

Of course this would be incredibly regressive; it would make life for the poor and middle class in America even more difficult, and in some cases probably impossible.

That bastard has no shame or conscience at all, and he really thinks (or does he know?) that the public and the media won't ever catch on, no matter how much he and his gang of criminals screw everyone.
