Fun Link of the Day

Over the years when I've come across an interesting link that wasn't quite interesting enough to add to my Favorites, I've stored the link in a text file.

Many (most) of those links are dead now, of course, but I might as well dig up some of the old ones that work and post them here, just for the heck of it.

I'm not really ready to write more yet; I find myself choking up unexpectly. But there are a few things I want to write down now, lest I forget:

• That Sam slept with Sebastian all night on his (Sebastian's) new bed, on his next-to-last night with us...
  
  
• The way that Sam liked to lick my forehead...
  
  
• The wonderful smell and feel of his incredibly soft old fur...
  
  
• The velvet on his nose...
  
  
• How incredibly tall he was when he would stretch up on his toes and put his front paws on our waists...
  
  
• ...and that Sebastian hugged and kissed him yesterday, said "I love you Sammy!", and said "Nosey, nosey, nosey" while rubbing his nose against Sam's not once, but twice before we took our old boy to the car...
