Frog?

Sebastian was watching television (unfortunately) when a commercial from Geico came on. We see a family, singing in their car. Suddenly a loud new voice comes in, singing a different song: "Kung Fu Fighting".

The camera slowly pans over to show that the singer is the Geico gecco, in the back seat.

When Sebastian saw that he laughed so hard that he almost choked, and then shouted gleefully, "Frogs don't be in cars!"

Normally his grammar is better than that, by the way. But "Frogs don't be in cars" is now one of his catchphrases.

I no longer use Geico, by the way. They were cheap, but less than helpful when my old Honda Civic was hit & run. Teri got much better support from our new insurer, Allstate, when her car was hit.

Don't EVER handle dead rose branches without wearing heavy gloves.
Every time I've done that I've ended up with small painful lumps under my skin. They take weeks to shrink and go away. There's no obvious entry point, but they're clearly small thorns which have somehow managed to get through my skin without leaving a visible entry mark.

Goddamned roses.

My irony meter just pinged itself. In one of the last two debates George W. insisted that it took four years or more to make sure that Canadian drugs were safe...but did I just hear him correctly? He's talking about importing extra flu vaccine from Canada now?
