Count my blessings?

I just wrote this as a reply to a comment on a previous entry. To be honest, I didn't expect it to get this long. But I got a little carried away.

So I figure it's worth putting up as a stand-alone post. I might expand it a little; we'll see.

I was responding to the suggestion that it's odd to complain about the price of gas (or petrol, for you Brits) rising to $5 per gallon, since Finland (and most of the rest of the world) has always paid a considerably higher price for gasoline than we have in the US. My reply:

Question: Again

I've asked this before, but a couple of new people have been friended recently.

Come to think of it, last time I don't think I got any responses at all. That's par for the course.

Basically, my question is: would it be at all helpful if I imitated unquietsoul5 and did a "Cast of Characters" post, detailing the people who may appear in my journal? Or should I save myself the bother? After all, I'm nowhere near as popular as unquietsoul5. Not to mention - well, no point in naming names.

I await comments with bated breath.

Stupid Advicenators Questions

I don't know...I think I've been pushed over the deep end. This was SUCH a stupid question!

"me n my boyfriend want to take a shower together.. but we dont know what we should do... does anyone have any cool ideas of what to do in the shower????"

I'm tempted to answer something like ""Take the shower while you're both fully dressed. Press against opposite sides of the shower area so you don't accidentally touch each other. Avert your eyes in shame."

Of course it's probably just a troll.
